At times I have felt that there needs to be more staff working and they sometimes store extra stock in the back aisle which is annoying when you are trying to get at things in that aisle.

The woman was very rude and unapproachable and should not be in a position to deal with the public if she makes people go home feeling like they done something wrong by asking a simple question.
